SPINACH ORANGE SALAD (IGA)
Ingredients
1 bag fresh baby Spinach
1 small can Mandarin Oranges, drained
Feta Cheese to taste
Chopped pecans or walnuts
1 Bottle Salad Dressing, any flavor
Directions
Wash and pat dry spinach leaves. Tear off any long ends. Tear spinach into glass salad bowl. Top with drained Mandarin Orange Segments, Feta Cheese, and Pecans. When ready to serve, pour salad dressing on top and toss all ingredients together.
This is good when served with Ranch dressing or change the pecans to walnuts and use Raspberry Walnut Dressing.
