WILD BIRD and Nature Store Gorgonzola Stuffed Baked Pork Chops with Herb Dijon Mustard Cream Sauce


4 - 1 inch Thick Boneless Pork Chops
6 Tablespoons Gorgonzola Cheese Crumbles
2 Tablespoons Cajun's Choice Seasoned Coating

4 Tablespoons Dijon Mustard
1 Tablespoon Oregano
4 oz. Heavy Whipping Cream


Slice Boneless Pork Chops in Half (DO NOT CUT ALL THE WAY THROUGH)
Stuff each pork chop with 1 tablespoon of Gorgonzola cheese
Put 1/2 tablespoon of seasoned coating onto each pork chop and spread over top.

Bake in Pyrex baking dish on 400 degrees for 45 minutes, coating dish with cooking oil spray,do not cover.

Herb Dijon Mustard Cream Sauce
Combine Dijon Mustard, Oregano and Heavy Whipping Cream in small Skillet. Heat until Hot.

Place Pork Chops onto Serving Plate, Spoon Cream Sauce Over Pork Chops.
