Buffalo Chicken Wrap and other wraps


2 T. hot pepper sauce
3 T. white vinegar, divided
¼ t. cayenne pepper
1 pound chicken tenders
4, 8” whole-wheat tortillas
1 c. shredded Romaine lettuce
1 c. sliced celery
1 large tomato, diced
Low fat Ranch dressing


Make pepper sauce by whisking together hot sauce, 2 T. vinegar, and cayenne pepper. Add chicken tenders to bowl with hot sauce and toss well. Assemble wraps.
