2 boxes frozen broccoli spears
3/4 C. mayonnaise
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/8 C. chicken stock
2 C. grated cheddar cheese
3 C. cooked chicken, cut-up
3.4 C. Milk
1 tsp. lemon juice
Seasoned bread crumbs
Spread broccoli into 9x13 glass baking dish and cook in microwave until semi tender.
Layer chicken over broccoli.
Combine all other ingredients into medium saucepan.
Cook on low to medium until smooth. Be careful not to let
Pour cheese mixture over broccoli and chicken.
Top with seasoned bread crumbs and bake until bubbly at 350 degrees.
This can be made ahead and frozen, do not add bread crumbs or cook broccoli. Thaw completely before baking.
