1 sugar cube
1 oz pomegranate juice, chilled
3 oz Mionetto Prosecco Brut, chilled
½ oz St. Germain elder flower liqueur
Drop the sugar cube in a champagne flute, pour in the pomegranate juice and top off with Mionetto Prosecco Brut. This can also be garnished with frozen pomegranate seeds when in season.
