Rhubarb Cookies


4 tablespoons butter
1/2 cup sugar
1 egg, slightly beaten
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 teaspoon milk
3.5 ounce bar dark chocolate, chopped into 1/4 inch pieces
1 cup flour
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1 pinch of salt
1 cup thinly sliced rhubarb
