1-10 oz box dried whole wheat pasta
1 1/4 cups skim milk
1 carton (6.5 oz) light garlic and herb Alouette
6 oz reduced fat cheddar cheese, shredded
1/4 cup crumbled reduced fat blue cheese
1/2 cup whole wheat panko bread crumbs
butter flavored cooking spray
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a large pot cook pasta
according to package, drain and return to the pot.
Meanwhile, in a medium saucepan combine skim milk, Alouette
Cheese, cheddar cheese, and blue cheese. Cook and stir over
medium low heat until cheese is melted. Add cheese sauce to the
cooked macaroni and sitr until well combined. Transfer to 2 qt.
casserole that has been coated with cooking spray. Sprinkle the
top with Panko crumbs.
Bake uncovered for 15 minutes or until just heated through and
top is lightly browned.
