Turtle Cake

Ingredients

1 pkg German Chocolate Cake Mix
1/2 cup Eagle Brand Condensed Milk
1 cup chocolate chips
1-12 oz pkg caramels
1 stick margarine or butter
1 cup chopped nuts

Directions

Mix cake as directed on package. out 1/2 batter into greased and floured 9
x 13 pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. Meanwhile, melt caramels
and margarine. Mix well. Stir in sweetened condensed milk. Sprinkle
nuts and chocolate chips over the cake. Pour caramel mixture over nuts
and chips. Pour remaining batter over top. Bake at 350 degrees for 25
minutes. Frost as desired and top with more nuts and drizzle with caramel
and chocolate sauce.
