Bowling Green man arrested in possession of meth, marijuana, and prescription pills

BOWLING GREEN, Ky. (WBKO) -- A Bowling Green man is behind bars after a routine traffic stop.

Warren County Sheriffs deputies saw a white SUV crossing the center line on Louisville Road near Stone Lane, eventually turning into Northbrook mobile home park.

The Sheriff's Office identified the driver as 67-year-old Luis Castellanos. He was arrested after deputies found methamphetamine, marijuana, prescription pills and drug paraphernalia, in and around the car.

Deputies say he was also driving without a license.

He's facing a laundry list of charges that include:

Fleeing or Evading Police-1st Degree (Motor Vehicle)
Careless Driving
No Operators License
Wanton Endangerment- 1st Degree (x7)
TBUT or DISP Auto- 500 or more but U/10,000
Criminal Mischief- 1st Degree
Fleeing or Evading Police-1st Degree (On foot)
Tampering with Physical Evidence
Illegal Possession of Legend Drug
Trafficking in a Controlled Substance- 1st Degree (Meth) < 2 grams
Trafficking in Marijuana (Less than 8 oz)
Drug Paraphernalia- Buy/Possess
Bench Warrant (FTA)

Castellanos was brought to the Warren County Regional Jail.
