Bowling Green woman is indicted on assault

BOWLING GREEN, Ky. (WBKO) -- A Bowling Green woman is indicted on assault charges after police say she attacked her boyfriend with a machete.

Police say on February 20, Donald Roddy told them his girlfriend Mary Etheridge attacked him with a machete after an argument stemming from her defense of a sexual offender.

Etheridge's charges include assault, criminal mischief, and disorderly conduct.
