Crime Stoppers: Liquor Store Shoplifting

BOWLING GREEN, Ky. (WBKO) -- On Tuesday, June 13, Bowling Green Police were called to an area wine and spirits store for a shoplifting. Employees told police three women entered the store and over a period of 15 minutes, put liquor bottles into bags they were carrying.

Employees also said another woman entered the store and distracted the clerk, while the other two women continued to steal alcohol. Once their bags were full, the women left without paying for anything.

One woman is described a heavy set white female with black hair and glasses. The other woman is described as an older black female wearing a blue dress with a scarf on her head.
