Crime Stoppers: Franklin US Bank robber identified

FRANKLIN, Ky. (WBKO) -- Franklin Police say on Monday, July 17 a man robbed the U.S. Bank on South Main Street in Franklin.

They have solved the robbery, but need your help in locating the suspect. Police have identified James W. Gray II as the man who robbed the bank.

According to authorities, Gray has a Tennessee driver's license, but has connections to Franklin, Kentucky, Chicago, Illinois, and Florida.

Gray is described as a 25-year-old white male, 5-feet 8-inches tall, weighing 165 pounds. He was last seen wearing a beard, large glasses with brown frames, a gray hoodie, and a black baseball cap with no logo.

After getting the money, he ran to O'Reilly's Auto Parts and got into a small red or maroon car.
