By  |

BOWLING GREEN, Ky. (WBKO) -- The Bowling Green Police Department is investigating a wallet theft. Police say on January 20, 2018 a woman told them two women entered her work place in the 2000 block of Scottsville Road.

She said one of the women was wearing a large hat and seemed to be distracting, her while another heavy set, younger woman roamed the store.

After being in the store for just a few minutes, the women left without buying anything. A short time, later the victim noticed her wallet missing from her purse. A short time after that, she discovered her credit card had been used at two local stores.

The women are described as black females, one heavy-set wearing a Nike Air black hooded sweatshirt, athletic type pants; the other one being a skinny female wearing a coat, jeans, and a large brown hat.
