Extradition papers for triple murder suspect not signed at Thursday hearing

SEDGWICK COUNTY, Colorado (WBKO) -- The extradition hearing for Edward "Dilon" Siddens did not end in extradition Thursday.

He is due back in court March 7 in Colorado where he was captured by police.

Siddens allegedly killed his maternal grandparents and his uncle who were found dead outside the couple's home on Monday.

Extradition papers will have to be signed before he can be brought back to Kentucky by the Kentucky State Police.

PREVIOUSLY- 2/21/18:

Edward "Dilon" Siddens was arrested in Colorado in connection to a triple murder investigation currently being conducted by Kentucky State Police.

An extradition hearing will be held on Thursday in Colorado. Once all the necessary paperwork is signed, Kentucky State Police will be allowed to bring Siddens back to Kentucky.

Siddens allegedly killed his maternal grandparents and his uncle who were found dead outside the couple's home on Monday.
