RUSSELLVILLE, Ky. (WBKO) - The Logan County man accused of killing his sister-in-law will have his jury trial rescheduled.
According to the circuit court clerk's office, George Walker's trial was scheduled for Monday.
Walker is charged with murder and tampering with physical evidence in the death of Allison Walker. Police say Walker admitted to them that he choked Allison and threw her body in a nearby river a few days before Christmas of 2015.
Walker is in the Logan County Detention Center.
His case is scheduled to be in court Thursday morning at 8:30 to discuss possible jury trial dates.
