Hopkinsville man arrested for trafficking methamphetamine

EARLINGTON, Ky. (WBKO) -- Kentucky State Police arrest a Hopkinsville man for trafficking methamphetamine.

Officers charged Michael Wimberly for driving under the influence, after they smelled alcohol on his breath, and gave him a field sobriety test.

Officers also found marijuana, suspected meth and an open alcohol container in the vehicle.

Wimberly was arrested and taken to Hopkins County Detention Center.
