Winter may be in its waning days, but it's not quite finished yet! Temperatures stay unseasonably cold with a few morning flurries moving into Thursday with highs only in the low 40s despite some sun returning by afternoon. Expect a slow warmup heading into "Spring Ahead" weekend, with shower chances returning Friday night into Saturday. Shower chances persist into Sunday as yet another shot of cooler air slides into the Commonwealth late in the weekend. This could lead to a little wet snow (no accumulation expected) for parts of the region Sunday night into Monday morning. Chilly temperatures hang around Monday into Tuesday before readings finally warm back to near seasonal levels by the middle of next week.
