A grand jury in Paducah indicted 23-year-old Dalton Lampley of Marshall County on those charges Friday to which he pleaded not guilty.
Authorities say Lampley injured at least six people and caused a series of wrecks, injuring at least six people when he drove through the median and into oncoming traffic.
Deputies had to use spike strips to stop the vehicle.
Lampley reportedly tried to flee the scene before he was arrested.
He faces seven counts of first-degree criminal mischief, two counts of second-degree criminal mischief and 25 counts of first-degree wanton endangerment.
