BOWLING GREEN, Ky. (WBKO) - A Bowling Green man is indicted on a charge of theft by deception after being accused of writing a cold check to the company he worked for.

According to the police report, back in April, Balfour Commemorative Brands said their salesman, Jerry Christopher Bush, was responsible for collecting payments from customers in 18 counties. He would then put the money in an account and write Balfour a check.

In November of 2016, Balfour says Bush wrote them a check for
$128,700 which bounced due to insufficient funds and the company was unable to find Bush.
