Man pleads guilty to terroristic threatening charges in two counties

A man pleads guilty to three charges of terroristic threatening in two counties.

According to court records, Joshua Davis was sentenced to eight years.

For the two counts in Todd County and one count in Logan County.

Davis is charged with putting a phony weapon of mass destruction in the courthouses in both counties on the same day.

Both devices were determined to be fake.
