Multi-vehicle-crash blocking westbound lanes of Wendall Ford-Western Kentucky Parkway in Muhlenberg County

At this time both the eastbound and westbound lanes of the WK Parkway are blocked at this crash site. The correct location of the crash is near the 61-mile marker westbound.

Eastbound traffic is being detoured off at Exit 58 to US 431 North to US 62 East to return to the parkway at Beaver Dam.

Westbound WK Pkwy traffic is being detoured off at Beaver Dam to US 231 North, then west on US 62 to return to the parkway at the Central City Exit.

Estimated duration is 4 hours.

Officials are reporting that a multi-vehicle crash is blocking the westbound lanes of the Wendall Ford-Western Kentucky Parkway in Muhlenberg County.

Kentucky Transportation Cabinet Officials say it is around the 64 to 65-mile marker, near the Green River Bridge between Beaver Dam and Central City.

Early reports say a semi crashed and was then hit by another semi and a passenger car.

The estimated duration is 4 hours.

Westbound WK Pkwy traffic is being detoured off at Beaver Dam to US 231 North, then west on US 62 to return to the parkway at the Central City Exit.
