BOWLING GREEN, Ky. (WBKO) -- If you're looking for help navigating a federal agency like the IRS, one-on-one assistance is available.

Senator Rand Paul's office is teaming with Taxpayer Advocate Service to have a day for answering questions about VA benefits, tax problems with the IRS, social security, Medicare enrollment, and any other issues relating to a federal agency.

The outreach day is set for Tuesday, February 20th. However, the senator's staff said their Bowling Green office provides this assistance every day in their Constituents Services Division.

"Everyone has issues and...questions they have that they may need resolved, and our office is here to assist them with that," said Amy Bee, constituent assistance representative.

Bee said they hope to make the outreach day an annual event.

Staff will be providing assistance at the WKU Knicely Conference Center from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
