SCOTTSVILLE, Ky. (WBKO) -- The man accused of shooting another man working a service call was arraigned in court Wednesday morning.
William Calvert had his bond revoked during the proceeding, and will be admitted to Rivendell or the Kentucky Correctional Psychiatric Center for evaluation.
Calvert has a preliminary hearing set for December 20 at 11:30 a.m.
Scottsville Police say 75-year-old William Calvert shot 47-year-old Jeffrey Powell who was working at Calvert's Parkway Drive residence on a service call.
Calvert's wife, Marcia was present at the time of the shooting but was not injured.
Powell was airlifted to Skyline Medical Center in Nashville, where he was listed in stable condition the night of the shooting.
Calvert was arrested on two counts of attempted murder and taken to the Allen County Detention Center.
