CAVE CITY, Ky. (WBKO) -- An improper left turn ultimately ended in two arrests in Cave City on Saturday.
Police arrested Debra Causey and Tabitha McGlasson on drug related charges after Causey allegedly failed to signal a left turn after pulling down Happy Valley Road.
The Cave City Police Office eventually found Causey to be under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
McGlasson, her passenger, allegedly claimed the methamphetamine was hers.
Causey, of Mississippi, was placed under arrest and charged with reckless driving, no registration plates, improper turning, no registration receipt, failure of owner to maintain required insurance, operating on suspended license, display or possession of cancelled or fictitious license, failure to notify of address change, operating motor vehicle under the influence 1st degree.
Tabitha McGlasson was placed under arrest for trafficking methamphetamine greater then 2 grams and drug paraphernalia.
Both women were transported to the Barren County Jail.
