...BITTER COLD NEW YEAR'S EVE/DAY...

Partly to mostly sunny skies will continue for the final days of 2017. We'll see readings edge a little above freezing Friday into Saturday. But the warmup will be brief: MORE arctic air moves in New Year's Eve! Highs will struggle into the 20s for both the final day of the old year and the first day of the new one. Lows could plunge into the single digits Monday night, with wind chills around 0. Yet another shot of bitter cold air arrives toward the middle of next week. At least we look dry, with no real chance for snow or any other precip through the next seven days.
