BOWLING GREEN, Ky. (WBKO) -- Four Warren County Schools showed off their state-of-the-art construction technology today.
Architects and engineers who are building schools in other parts of the country, toured these schools being built with reinforced Insulated Concrete Forms.
Builder say these forms provide more strength and energy efficiency, and made construction quicker and easier for these four schools.
"Richardsville Elementary, the nation's first Net Zero school, South Warren Middle and High School, which is the largest ICF structure in the U.S., and then also here at Jennings Creek Elementary, an ICF school under construction."
Ruffing says he believes Warren County now has the highest number of Insulated Concrete Forms schools in Kentucky.
