Responsibilities: Responsible for prospecting, developing and negotiating local accounts. Generate revenue for the station through increased shares of existing business and the addition of new business. Help local businesses generate revenue through proven advertising strategies that use the power of television and digital media. Assist in accurately forecasting revenue throughout the year and exceeding quarterly and annual budgets. Perform other duties as assigned by management. Periodic travel and entertainment is required.
Requirements: Able to show previous success in sales. Must be able to build relationships with clients through strong verbal, and written communication skills. Must be able to work in a team environment. to provide creative results for the client. Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
Salary: Commission plus base salary.
