Kentucky State Police are investigating a hit & run crash Monday, November 19, on Plano Road near Plano Elementary School.

At around 3:40 that afternoon, a black Chevrolet S10 pickup went off the road across several yards. The truck struck a tree, then smashed into a garage, crashing into a car. The driver then backed up and fled the scene.

Troopers were able to follow leaking antifreeze and oil all the way to the intersection of 31W (Nashville Road)... and Kentucky highway 240 (Woodburn - Allen Springs Road.)

Witnesses described the driver as a middle-aged white male with a rough complexion and below collar-length brown hair.

Evidence at the scene suggests the driver is a painter or drywall installer. The truck should have obvious front end damage.
