A retired educator and candidate for the State House of Representatives picks up a major endorsement by a Kentucky education group.

Charlene Rabold, who's running as a Democrat for the 21st District against Republican Jim DeCesare has been endorsed by the Kentucky Educators' Political Action Committee.

Rabold, a former Warren County public school teacher is honored by the support of the group.

"As a retired educator it's very important for me to have the support of the group of educators that I have worked with in the past, and I look forward to continuing my career as a public servant," said Charlene Rabold.

KEPAC is a voluntary organization made up of public school employees and is a part of the Kentucky Education Association.
