A local attorney said he's not surprised by a recent suit filed by TJ Samson hospital in Glasgow.
Alan Simpson originally filed a suit against TJ Samson requesting the appropriate board of trustees be put back into control rather than a self appointed board of directors.
Reports say TJ Samson hospital filed suit yesterday in U.S. District Court asking to stop those on the original suit claiming affiliation to the hospital and a board.
This appears to be a response to the original suit.
Simpson said he's not had a chance to personally review the suit yet, but the defendants in the federal suit have not violated the trade mark act.
