BELLEVUE, Ky. (AP) -- Police in northern Kentucky say a shooting in Bellevue has left one brother dead and another in jail.
Police were called to a residence in Bellevue at 12:30 a.m. Monday and found 52-year-old Randall Sturgeon dead. The Kentucky Enquirer reported that officers arrested and charged his brother 53-year-old Anthony Sturgeonwith murder. Police say the brothers had been in a dispute when the shooting happened.
Anthony Sturgeon remained at the Campbell County Detention Center on Monday morning. Jail records did not list an attorney.
