LOUISVILLE, Ky. (AP) -- Officials say one person was shot to death and another critically injured during a homeowners association meeting in a church in eastern Louisville.
The Courier-Journal (http://cjky.it/NPoglC ) reported that a Louisville police communication said a gunman began firing during the meeting Thursday night and was in custody.
Neighbors said the gunman had long-running disputes over deed restrictions.
No names have been released.
