A Kentucky man awaits his arraignment after a grand jury indicted him on two counts of murder and driving under the influence.

A Kentucky man awaits his arraignment after a grand jury indicted him on two counts of murder and driving under the influence.
57 year-old Dallas Carpenter is currently out on $158,000 bond.
In May, Carpenter was driving drunk on Kentucky 32 when he was involverd in a crash that killed 91-year old Lena Boyd and 89-year old Roy Boyd, both of Rowan County
When police checked Carpenter's blood alcohol level, it was at .21.
Carpenter will be arraigned next Wednesday.
