Authorities say 45-year-old Stacy Swallows blocked the path of the teens with his vehicle Saturday night as they were leaving a local cemetery, showed them that he was armed with an assault rifle and waited for police to arrive.

The teens, who range in age from 16 to 19, told police they went to the cemetery to go ghost hunting. Swallow lives near the cemetery.

He remains jailed on a $180,000 bond on nine counts of false imprisonment and nine counts of aggravated assault.
