A Louisville-based charity could be facing an audit, after leasing luxury suites, at two Louisville stadiums.
State representative Brent Yonts wants to look into the spending of Dismas Charities.
Yonts made the request yesterday, after a report by the Louisville Courier-Journal said Dismas leased suites at both the KFC Yum! Center, as well as Papa Johns Cardinal Stadium.
Dismas runs inmate halfway houses and officials met with the state auditor to explain the expenses.
They're expected to meet with Attorney General Jack Conway's office next week.
