Accident Leads to DUI Charges

An injury accident in Hart County leads to DUI charges.

Henry Jewell, 62, of Canmer was driving north on North Jackson Highway when his truck veered off the right shoulder of the road.

Jewell overcorrected causing him to then exit off the left side of the road, drive through a fence, and hit a tree.

Jewell was taken to TJ Samson Hospital for treatment of injuries.

He was cited to court for DUI, no insurance, and other charges.
