In the latest troubles for O.J. Simpson, two of the men arrested with Simpson during an armed robbery in a Las Vegas hotel room will plead guilty and testify against Simpson.
On Oct. 15, 40-year-old Charles Cashmore agreed to a deal where he'll plead guilty to accessory to robbery after the fact and he'll testify to what happened in the hotel room on Sept. 13.
His attorney says Cashmore can establish who was in the room, what was said and who had guns.
Cashmore says he thinks he has done the right thing.
The second co-defendant that will testify against Simpson and the others involved has agreed to plead guilty to a reduced charge.
Simpson and five others are accused of robbing two sports memorabilia dealers at gunpoint.
