Kentucky State Police uncover another meth lab during a routine traffic stop. They stopped 39-year-old Dale Peppers and 38-year-old Tim Mackey, both of Muhlenberg County on U.S. 431 in Dunmor more than a week ago.
State Police discovered a meth lab in the boat the men were pulling. Both men were charged with manufacturing methamphetamine and taken to jail.
