It's been nearly a month and while nurse's in eastern Kentucky continue to strike against Appalacian Regional Healthcare, two therapists are suing the company after being fired.
Cynthia Boggs and Amber Tye claim their jobs were terminated because they were taking snacks and drinks to striking nurses at a nearby hospital.
The women say their boss told them they violated rules barring them from any association with the striking union members.
Boggs and Tye worked for the ARH Psychiatric Center in Perry County.
More than 600 nurses have been on strike since October 1.
