Twenty-two-year-old William Donan is charged with animal cruelty after police found several injured dogs in his neighborhood.
Police were called to the 1700 block of Sharon Drive in Bowling Green around 6 p.m. Thursday. Residents claimed they were breeding the dogs, but the Humane Society said the ones injured were not in heat.
Animal cruelty is a felony in Kentucky.
