Man Charged With Setting Blaze Bound Over to Grand Jury

The man charged with setting fire to mobile units at Drakes Creek Middle School is bound over to the Warren County grand jury.

Ray Forrest Duvall is charged with second degree arson and third degree burglary.

Today, in Warren District Court, Judge Brent Potter found probable cause to bind Duvall's case over to the grand jury.

He also left Duvall's bond at $25,000 cash.

According to the Bowling Green Fire Department, Duvall admitted setting mobile trailers at Drakes Creek Middle School on fire on Oct. 18.

He also admitted to burglaries at both Drakes Creek Middle School and Greenwood High School.

The fire department says Duvall has a history of burglary and arson charges.
