The attorney for Presley Nash's family says Western Kentucky University needs to supply a detailed list of the coverage that will be provided for the child's medical expenses.
Presley is awaiting a bone marrow transplant in Minnesota. WKU says it has notified the Nashes that full in-network coverage will be provided, but Janice Weiss, the Nash attorney, says more detailed information is needed before the issue can be resolved.
The Nashes filed suit against WKU and it's third party administrator when in-network coverage was initially denied. WKU filed a motion to dismiss, but so far that has not happened.
