A Bowling Green man apparently tried to make a drive-thru at a pizza place that doesn't have one.
Bowling Green police say around 1:30 a.m. on Dec. 14, 20-year-old Drew Romans drove a car that jumped the curb and hit a chair in front of Firehouse Pizza, driving it through the front window.
Romans drove away, with a Firehouse Pizza employee right behind.
Police caught up with them at the 800 Building of Western Place Apartments.
"They got boxed in, and then tried to push my truck out of the way with their truck, so I just pushed them back," said Kenneth Gwathney, a Firehouse Pizza delivery man.
Gwathney says he called 911 while he was following the suspect vehicle for about 20 minutes.
Romans was arrested and charged with fleeing the scene of an accident, and operating under the influence.
