Dec. 17 is expected to be the busiest shipping day of the holiday season, and if you dread waiting in long lines to get your holiday packages sent out, take heart.
An Automated Postal Center is now available for customers at the Bowling Green Post Office.
The self service kiosk is located in the lobby and allows people to ship items without waiting in line.
"You can mail packages, you can buy stamps, not individual, but books of stamps. I like it for it's ease and convenience," said Lori Causey, who is assisting with the Automated Postal Ctr.
The Automated Postal Center only accepts debit and credit cards, no cash.
The center will be set up all next week at the Bowling Green Post Office to help accommodate the holiday mail.
