Logan County Man's Murder Case Bound to Grand Jury

A Logan County man's murder case is bound over to the Warren County grand jury.

Deshon Marquis Ogburn of Auburn is charged with the murder of 21-year-old Christopher Thomas Taylor.

Bowling Green Police say on Dec. 21 around 12:20 a.m. Ogburn shot Taylor twice killing him.

The shooting took place outside Tiffany Neal's Carpenter Court home in Bowlng Green.

On Dec. 27, Detective Mike Lemon testified Neal and Ogburn are married, but live in different cities.

Lemon also said that two weeks before the shooting, Neal told Ogburn she believes she is pregnant by Taylor.

Ogburn's attorney tried to get the murder charge reduced to manslaughter, but Judge Brent Potter denied that motion.

Judge Potter found probable cause to bind the murder case over to the grand jury, and left Ogburn's bond at 1-million dollars cash.
