An update to a story we aired on Dec. 26 about a Hart County abuse charge involving an infant.
On Dec. 27, Kentucky State Police arrested 44-year-old Chester Paul in connection with this ongoing investigation.
He is is being held on a $150,000 cash bond, and faces three counts of first degree assault.
The victim is a four-month-old boy who was admitted to the TJ Samson Hospital in Glasgow, after suffering from a skull fracture and bleeding on the brain.
He was later flown to Kosair Children's Hospital in Louisville, where he underwent surgery.
Paul is currently lodged in the Hart County Jail.
