Kentucky marshals have arrested 62 fugitives wanted for robbery, sex crimes, drug charges and probation violations as part of a national sweep of criminals with outstanding arrest warrants.
U-S Marshal, Rick McCubbin, says that the arrests were part of "Operation Falcon," a nationwide fugitive roundup that netted more than ten thousand arrests across the country between April 4th and April 10th.
Congress appropriated just under one million for the marshals to run the operation.
