One of Glasgow's biggest and most historic entertainment centers will soon be open for business for the first time in 10 years.
Workers are putting the finishing touches on a two-year makeover of the Plaza Theater.
The Plaza played host to vaudeville acts like Gene Autry and countless classic movies during its 50-year history, and new director Steve Jones says he hopes the renovated show house can once again become a Saturday night destination.
"A center of the arts for the city, a place for live performances and music, a place for movies, we'll show movies here as well. Just a place where you can come every weekend to see something new and exciting and different," Jones said.
