Fire Severely Damages Garage and Room above It

A fire severely damages a home's garage and room above it.

Bowling Green Fire Department arrived at a fire at 1351 Thistlewood Court at just before 11 pm Thursday night.

Right now, investigators are not certain the cause of the fire.

The fire department said no one was injured during the fire.

"We did find heavy fire when we got here. They've tried to confine that to that area of the house, it's in the garage and bonus room area," said Bowling Green Fire Department Spokesperson Marlee Boenig.

Six units were on scene and 22 members of the fire department helped put out the fire.
