As the government unveils 12 new food pyramids to guide people to healthy eating, schools in the area are working to make sure the students learn about nutrition.
At Warren East High the food staff says they're working to provide more options for the students.
The school has several different lines, so the kids can pick what they want to eat.
The school even had a food tasting with low-calorie, low-fat options, so the kids could have input on what might be added to the menu.
